To: Patrons of VSA arts of Wyoming

We are happy to announce that our yearly fundraiser is still going strong, but we have instituted one change. Our longtime partner, Teton Homes, discontinued the Teton fifth wheel product line which necessitated an expensive series of announcements and advertisements letting our patrons know that we are offering an exciting alternative. We are now reorganizing to meet our commitment to our patrons. As you surely understand, many non-profit organizations are currently struggling.

In light of the national economic situation and our re organizational efforts we are extending the drawing date because some of you may need more time to secure a ticket for our 2009 Mobile Suite's fifth wheel and 2009 Dodge 3500 SLT truck to keep this great unit rolling down the highway.

The drawing for our prize will now be held on September 19, 2009.

We feel this change will maximize our efforts to keep VSA arts of Wyoming a strong and viable organization.

Since we are currently working with a reduced staff at our state offices, we will be happy to visit with you by leaving a phone message or sending us an email when we are out of the office. As a reminder, our email address is: vsaarts@tribcsp.org

Thank you for your continued and unwavering support of VSA arts of Wyoming.

Sincerely, VSA arts of Wyoming Board of Directors
