Judy Bower, Executive Director
Judy has been with VSA arts of Wyoming since 1997. She served her first 4 years as
Office Administrator and after serving 6 months as Interim Director was appointed to her
current position. Judy's background of varied experience is an asset to our organization.

Nicole Sybrant, Administrative Assistant
Nicole Sybrant has been with VSA arts of Wyoming since 2001. Nicole graduated from
Natrona County High School and is pursuing a degree in Social Work from the University
of Wyoming/Casper College Center. She has several years experience working in social
service agencies. Nicole also enjoys coaching volleyball and basketball with her husband.

Grant Sybrant, Summer Art Instructor
Grant Sybrant is an 8th Grade Life Science Teacher at CY Junior High in Casper. He graduated from Natrona County High School. Grant has earned a BA in Marine Fisheries
from Texas A&M, a BS in Secondary Education from the University of Wyoming, and a
MS in Education from Grand Canyon University. Grant enjoys teaching as well as coaching
volleyball and basketball for CY.

Randy Bower, Assistant Summer Art Instructor
Randy Bower is a 9th grade Physical Science teacher at CY Junior High in Casper. He
graduated from Natrona County High School in 1998 and Casper College in 2001. Randy
has earned a BA in Secondary Education with an emohasis in Biology from the University
of Wyoming. Randy is currently working on his Biology Degree. Randy enjoys teaching as
well as coaching football ans basketball at CYJH.

Marcy Swieter, Instructor
Marcy Swieter has a B.S. degree in Special Education from Memphis University with
emphasis in developmental disabilities. She has taught in the Memphis City School System,
N.C.S.D. #1 and Wyoming Behavioral Institute, as well as working in varied capacities for
local social service agencies. While she has always been interested in art as a hobby, she
especially enjoys bringing her vocational and avocational skills to the diverse
population VSA serves.
